Every package
What comes as standard
The same foundation on every build, at every price. These are not upgrades and they are not billed separately.
Designed around your business
Not a theme with a logo dropped into it. Your services, your words and your photographs, arranged in the order the people who call you actually read them.
Enquiries that reach you
A contact form that lands in your inbox ready to reply to, with the sender's address already in place. Automated spam is filtered out before it gets that far.
Domain, hosting and setup
Registered, deployed and connected for you. No control panel to log into, and no separate hosting bill to work out — the platform costs nothing at this size.
Why us
Quick to build, and quick for the people using it
The speed comes from not rebuilding the same foundations for every customer. It does not come from cutting the parts that decide whether the site works.
Days, not months
A finished site inside two weeks. Nobody is queued behind twelve other projects, because the work that takes an agency a month is already built.
Fast on a phone
Every build is measured against Google's own performance and accessibility scoring before it is handed over, and it does not ship below 95 out of 100.
Findable, not just online
Business details marked up for search engines, a sitemap, and the technical groundwork done as part of the build rather than sold back to you as an SEO package.
One point of contact
You deal with the same person from the first call to launch and afterwards. No account manager relaying your requirements to someone you never speak to.
How it works
Four steps, and only one of them costs you time
Most projects do not run late because building is slow. They run late because nobody asked for the content until week three. So we start there — and if you do not have it, we write it.
A free consultation
Fifteen minutes, no obligation and no cost. You describe the business and who you want to reach. If a website is not the thing that will actually help, we say so.
We gather what's needed
Whatever you already have — photographs, a logo, text from an old site — send it over and we work from that. If you have none of it, that is the normal case rather than the exception: we write the first draft from our conversation and you correct it. Either way it is about an hour of your time.
We build it
A private link within a few days, and you tell us what to change. Two rounds of revisions are included — not billed as extras once you have seen it.
It goes live
On your domain, working properly on phones, and set up to be found on Google. Then either we keep it running or you take the keys, decided before the build starts.
Pricing
Three packages, all fixed price
You know the number before the work starts. If what you need does not fit one of these, we quote it after we talk rather than guessing at it here.

Prices are the starting point for each package and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Custom web applications — booking systems, customer accounts, anything with a real database behind it — and automation work are quoted separately, typically from $4,000. Your domain is registered in your name at cost, around $11 a year.
After launch
Then it is either ours to look after, or yours
Decided before the build starts, not discovered afterwards. Every package includes the first two months either way.
Before you commit
The consultation is free, and so is seeing it built
Most people who get in touch are not sure what they need yet. That is the normal starting point, not something to work out before calling. Fifteen minutes on a call is usually enough to turn a vague sense that the business should be online into something specific enough to price.
For the Launch and Standard packages we go further than talking about it. After the call we can build the real site and put it on a private link, so what you are judging is your site rather than a mockup or a slide. You decide whether to go ahead once you have seen it.
If the answer is no, that is a complete answer. Nobody follows up, and there is nothing to pay.
What free actually means
- The call costs nothingNo obligation to buy, and no pressure if you decide against it or go elsewhere.
- A real preview, not a mockupFor Launch and Standard, the actual site on a private link before you pay anything.
- Honest advice, including noIf a website is not what will move the needle for you, we will tell you that on the call.
Previews are on a private, unlisted link and are not handed over or published until the project is paid for.

From one repetitive task to a whole workflow
Websites are most of what we do, not all of it. If a computer should be doing something and a person is doing it instead, that is work we can take off them — whether it is one task repeated fifty times a week or a process running across three systems that nobody fully owns.
We do not start from a product we are trying to sell you. We start from where your time actually goes, then work out what is worth automating, what is not, and what the right build looks like — sometimes that is a small script, sometimes a proper application with a database behind it. Either way it is quoted separately from any website build and never bundled in to pad an invoice. If it is not worth doing for your business, we will say so.
What that can look like
- One task, repeatedThe same reply typed out to the same question, answered automatically — and the rest routed to you with the context already attached.
- Appointments and remindersBooking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups sent without anyone remembering to send them.
- Systems that do not talkInformation moved between the tools you already pay for, instead of being retyped from one into another.
- A whole workflow, end to endEnquiry through to scheduling, invoicing and follow-up, joined into one process — with a person involved only where judgement is genuinely needed.
Scoped and quoted per project after a conversation about where your time actually goes. No packages, and not a monthly retainer.
Who we are
A small studio, deliberately
We build websites for local service businesses — the dentists, gyms, garages, clinics and trades who need to be found and reached, and who are badly served at both ends of the market.
At one end, quotes of five thousand dollars and three months for five pages. At the other, template mills that leave you with something slow that nobody can find and no one to call when it breaks. There is a lot of room between those two, and that is where we work.
We stay small on purpose. It is the reason the price is fixed, the reason the turnaround is days rather than months, and the reason you talk to the same person the whole way through.
Small is not the same as limited. Multi-page sites, online payments, booking systems, customer accounts and the automation work above are all things we build — they are quoted after a conversation rather than priced on this page, because the scope genuinely varies. What we will not do is talk you into a bigger project than you need.
Questions
The things people ask before getting in touch
How long does it really take?
Five to ten working days from the moment we have your text and images. The building is the quick part — waiting on content is what stretches a project out, which is why we ask for it upfront rather than chasing it in week three.
What do you need from us?
Less than people expect. Whatever you already have — business details, photographs, a logo, text from an old site — we work from. If you have nothing written down, that is the normal case rather than the exception: we draft it from the consultation and you correct it. You are never asked to go away and write a website before we can start.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do, and it is written into the agreement. The domain is registered in your name at cost, and we transfer full control to you free of charge, on request, at any time. The site is a set of files — you are never locked in to us or to any platform.
What if we don't have a logo?
Most of these sites work perfectly well without one; your name set properly in the site's typeface reads as deliberate rather than unfinished. We can put together a simple starter mark as a small add-on, and if you want branding done properly we will refer you to a designer rather than pretend it is our specialism.
Can we see it before paying?
For the Launch and Standard packages, usually yes. After the consultation we build the real site on a private link, so you are judging your site rather than a mockup. You pay when you decide to put it live, and nothing is published or handed over before that.
What happens when something breaks?
Tell us and we fix it. That is included for two months on every package, whichever way you choose to run the site afterwards, and it stays included for as long as you are on the monthly plan.
Do you take on bigger projects?
Yes — multi-page sites, online payments, booking systems, customer accounts, and the automation work described above. Those are quoted after a conversation rather than priced on this page, because the scope genuinely varies too much to put a number on in advance.
What if we already have a website?
Then the honest first question is whether replacing it is worth the money. Bring it to the consultation and we will tell you what is actually wrong with it, including if the answer is that it is fine and you should spend the budget elsewhere.
Not sure what you need yet?
That is the normal starting point, not something to figure out before getting in touch. Fifteen minutes, no cost and no obligation — and no follow-up unless you ask for one.

Tell us what you're working on
A sentence or two is plenty — what the business does, and what you would like a site to do for you. If you are not sure yet, say that instead; it is a normal place to start.
